Legal / Terms

Terms of Service

These Terms cover account access, connected channels, AI automation, billing, strict no-refund rules, Stripe payment tracking, and user responsibilities when Blind OS acts on your behalf.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Blind OS. By creating an account, connecting channels, subscribing, accepting these Terms in-app, or using Blind OS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use Blind OS. If you decline the in-app legal acceptance prompt, Blind OS may log you out and block dashboard access until acceptance is completed.

2. What Blind OS Does

Blind OS is an autonomous outbound execution system that helps business users connect Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, lead workflows, calendar workflows, AI conversation logic, meeting booking, and payment tracking in one operating layer.

Blind OS can send messages, receive replies, generate AI responses, rotate connected accounts, follow up with leads, book meetings, and process payment-tracking workflows based on user configuration and connected account permissions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blind OS.

You must have authority to bind the business or account you use with Blind OS, connect the communication and payment accounts you provide, and authorize Blind OS to act through those accounts.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, connected account credentials, API keys, channel permissions, and device access secure.

You must provide accurate account, billing, business, and configuration information. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your Blind OS account or connected channels.

You must promptly disconnect any Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Stripe account that you no longer want Blind OS to access or operate.

5. Connected Channels and User Authorization

When you connect Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Stripe, or any other account, you authorize Blind OS to access, store, process, send, receive, and act on data from that account as needed to provide the features you enable.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies, usage limits, anti-spam rules, and laws that apply to your connected accounts and outreach activity.

Blind OS may stop, throttle, restrict, or disable workflows if we believe they create security, deliverability, abuse, legal, platform-policy, or reputation risk.

6. AI and Automation

Blind OS uses AI to generate replies, follow-ups, lead conversations, booking logic, and payment workflow assistance. AI may process lead data, business profile information, conversation history, calendar context, and payment context to generate outputs.

AI Worker is an optional Execute-plan workspace assistant. If you enable it, you authorize Blind OS to send relevant user-scoped workspace data to the AI provider and to let AI Worker call server-side tools for requested actions such as searching records, adding or deleting leads, generating payment links, and sending messages through connected channels.

AI Worker chats are temporary and clear when the panel is closed, but actions performed by AI Worker may create, update, send, or delete normal Blind OS records according to the task you request.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, non-compliant, or unsuitable for a specific lead or situation. You are responsible for configuring, supervising, reviewing, accepting, rejecting, editing, pausing, or disabling automation where appropriate.

Blind OS does not guarantee a specific number of replies, booked meetings, closed deals, revenue, deliverability rate, payment recovery, or business outcome.

7. Leads and Public Data

Blind OS may help source, enrich, process, and organize leads using user input, manual entry, AI-assisted workflows, external providers, agents, and publicly available data.

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach, lead use, consent practices, opt-out handling, and marketing messages comply with laws that apply to your business and recipients.

You may not use Blind OS to harass, deceive, impersonate, spam, scrape illegally, target prohibited categories, violate platform rules, or process data you are not allowed to use.

8. Billing Through Whop

Blind OS uses Whop to accept subscription payments for Blind OS plans. Your plan, renewal, cancellation, checkout, and subscription status may be processed through Whop.

Access to features, lead credits, connected account slots, payment tracking, LinkedIn access, and other entitlements may depend on your active plan.

If payment fails, your subscription expires, or your plan is canceled, Blind OS may restrict access, pause workflows, limit features, or redirect you to plan management.

9. Strict No-Refund Policy

All Blind OS subscription payments are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This no-refund policy exists because when a subscription starts, Blind OS allocates plan access, lead credits, system capacity, and operational resources that are consumed or reserved for the account.

Unused lead credits, connected account slots, subscription time, setup effort, automation capacity, and plan access are not redeemable for cash, refunds, partial refunds, chargeback credits, or future account credits unless Blind OS is legally required to provide one.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the subscription management flow, but it does not refund past charges.

10. Stripe Payment Tracking

Blind OS may allow you to connect your own Stripe account by providing Stripe API keys or secret keys. This connection is used for your own payment records, payment links, revenue tracking, and autonomous payment-management workflows.

You are responsible for creating appropriate restricted Stripe keys, limiting permissions, rotating keys, revoking compromised keys, and ensuring your Stripe use complies with Stripe's terms and your applicable laws.

Blind OS may later replace API-key based connection with OAuth-style Stripe connection where available and practical.

11. Privacy

Your use of Blind OS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and delete account, lead, communication, AI, calendar, billing, and payment data.

You must not upload or connect data unless you have the rights and authority needed to let Blind OS process it for the enabled features.

12. Security and Service Changes

We work to keep Blind OS secure and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect deliverability, or permanent compatibility with every third-party platform.

We may update, suspend, remove, replace, or limit features at any time, especially where required for security, platform-policy compliance, provider changes, abuse prevention, or product improvement.

13. Ownership

Blind OS and its software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, models of operation, UI, and product concepts are owned by Blind OS or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your business data, lead data, connected-channel data, and payment data, subject to the rights you grant Blind OS to operate the service.

14. Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account from app settings. Account deletion removes your active Blind OS account data from our database as described in the Privacy Policy.

Blind OS may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse automation, violate platform policies, fail to pay, or use Blind OS in a way that may harm users, leads, third parties, or Blind OS.

15. Disclaimers and Liability

Blind OS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blind OS will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost opportunities, platform bans, deliverability issues, business interruption, data loss, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blind OS' total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Blind OS for the service in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we may provide notice by email, in-app prompt, or updated acceptance flow.

Continuing to use Blind OS after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
