Configure Business Profile

Use this when AI output, lead targeting, or payment follow-up sounds generic or inaccurate.

Goal

Blind OS has enough context to extract better leads, personalize replies, and explain your offer correctly.

Before you start

You know your offer, target market, and operating region.

You can access /dashboard/settings.

You are ready to save changes to the profile.

Fix / configure steps
Step 1

Open Settings

Go to /dashboard/settings and edit the Business Identity section.

Step 2

Make the brief specific

Avoid vague text like 'we help businesses grow'. Include niche, buyer, price point, pain, promise, and disqualifiers.

Step 3

Save the record

Click Update Record. Then reload any page that depends on profile context, such as Leads or AI Assistant.
