Configure WhatsApp
Use this when WhatsApp chats are empty, sending fails, or pairing needs to be redone.
Goal
WhatsApp is paired, message history imports, contacts sync, and the WhatsApp inbox can send messages.
WhatsApp installed on your phone.
Access to Linked devices inside WhatsApp.
A stable connection while the QR modal is open.
Start pairing
Go to /dashboard/reach/settings and click Pair Device on the WhatsApp card.
Scan QR
On your phone open WhatsApp > menu > Linked devices, then scan the QR code shown in Blind OS.
Confirm scan
Click I Have Scanned. Blind OS verifies the webhook, imports messages, and syncs contacts.
Verify inbox
Open /dashboard/reach/whatsapp/reach or /dashboard/reach/whatsapp/normal and confirm conversations load.
The QR refreshes when it expires.
Do not close the modal while importing or syncing contacts.
If sending fails, reconnect WhatsApp from Reach Config.
