Configure Gmail Slots
Use this when Gmail inboxes are empty, sending fails, or Calendar Sync has no account to choose.
Goal
A Gmail account is connected, visible in the Gmail Array, and available for email conversations and calendar identity.
A Google account you are allowed to connect.
A plan with at least one Gmail slot.
Popups/redirects allowed during authorization.
Open Reach Config
Go to /dashboard/reach/settings and click Configure Slots on the Gmail Array card.
Assign a slot
Click Assign next to an empty slot. Blind OS prepares a secure authorization URL.
Proceed through auth
Click Proceed and finish the external Google/Unipile authorization flow.
Verify connection
Return to Reach Config. A connected slot should show the Gmail address instead of Awaiting Node Assignment.
Initiate allows 2 Gmail slots. Execute and Scale allow 5.
If Calendar Sync is disabled, connect Gmail first.
If Gmail sends fail, disconnect and reconnect the affected slot.
