Fix Plan Access

Use this when the sidebar only shows Plan, a channel is hidden, or the app redirects away from a page.

Goal

You can tell whether the issue is subscription status, plan tier, canceled access, or a feature entitlement.

Before you start

You are signed into the correct Blind OS account.

The Plan page loads successfully.

You know which feature is missing or locked.

Fix / configure steps
Step 1

Open Plan

Go to /dashboard/plan and check Current Plan, status, and whether the account says Active or Locked.

Step 2

Check feature entitlement

LinkedIn requires Execute or Scale. Payment auto-follow-up requires Execute or Scale. Gmail, WhatsApp, Calendar, and payment logging are available on Initiate and above.

Step 3

Check lead allowance

If extraction is blocked, confirm remaining monthly lead allowance. Deleted leads do not restore usage.

Step 4

Refresh billing state

After changing billing in Whop, return to Blind OS and refresh the app so /api/billing/status can reload entitlements.

Checks

If only Plan is visible, access_allowed is probably false.

If LinkedIn is missing but other features work, the plan probably does not include LinkedIn.

If status says canceling, access may remain until the current period end.
