Fix Inbox And Send Issues

Use this when chats do not load, messages fail to send, or AI Assistant has no context.

Goal

You can identify whether the problem is channel connection, missing thread data, or selected conversation state.

Before you start

The relevant channel is connected.

A synced thread exists.

You are in the correct Reach or Normal section.

Fix / configure steps
Step 1

Check section

Reach sections show campaign leads. Normal sections show non-reach conversations. Empty in one section does not mean the channel is broken.

Step 2

Check connection

If Gmail or WhatsApp sends fail, reconnect the affected channel in Reach Config.

Step 3

Select a thread

AI Assistant and message composer need an active selected thread.

Step 4

Match missing chats

If Go to Conversation fails from a meeting/client, verify the prospect email or phone matches the synced thread.

Checks

WhatsApp send failures often mean token/project connection data is incomplete.

Gmail send failures often mean the account slot needs reconnecting.

AI Assistant is thread-scoped; it cannot help without a selected conversation.
